Good Morning and Happy Monday Sweet Friend!

It's time to say Good-Bye to catching every sickness going around, bloated stomach after you eat, brain fog, digestive issues, excess fat that refuses to leave, and constant exhaustion. Can I get an AMEN?
Best news is that its simpler than you think. You don't need to eat a crazy diet, count or restrict calories, drink nasty things, or weigh food! You don't need to learn when the best time is to eat, fast, and you can stop feeling overwhelmed with creating or making fancy meals. We are going back to the basics like our grandparents used to eat, and supermarkets were filled with real food.
As you are going to see in the following graphics there are no ingredients you can't pronounce or don't know. Each meal is filled with nutrient dense whole foods. One ingredient. Simple spices. Simple to make. Under 30 minutes of prep time.
Here are the only "rules" to follow during this wellness challenge:
No processed foods (snacks that come in a box) inside the group I share easy to make snacks right at home.
No diet drinks or food. If it has the word low calorie, low-fat, or diet on it. Give it away or toss it.
Limit all store bought juices, soda, and coffee to one a day.
Drink 8-16oz of water with a pinch Baha Gold or Celtic Salt on an empty stomach upon waking up. Learn more about proper hydration here.
Move your body at least 30 minutes each day. Using a vibration plate is an excellent option if you are unable to exercise or want to reap many benefits in only 10 minutes each day. I teach how and why I use it on my YouTube channel.
Get enough sleep 7-9 hours each night. Dim lights around 8-9pm to prepare your brain and body for a good night's rest. Cool down your room. Sleep without TV and lights on. Best time to get to bed for a restorative sleep is by 10pm, latest 11pm.
Spend at least 10 minutes a day being still - fill your mind, heart and soul with gratitude.
Lastly, have FUN! Laugh, get playful and let your inner child remind you to stop taking yourself and life so seriously! 50 years of life is now behind us and it is time to celebrate that fact and seek peace likes its your job until He calls us home.
Now use these 7 images below as a guide for making quick easy meals.
