BRAINSPOTTING AND SOMATIC METHODS

Some coaching sessions may include somatic or attention-based techniques.

These are not therapy.

You are responsible for consulting a physician if you have:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSE POLICY

• Contact members without consent

CONFIDENTIALITY

Coaching is not legally confidential.

Inner Healing Coaching respects privacy but does not guarantee legal confidentiality protections.

Lifetime access refers to the operational lifetime of the business.

Arbitration shall:

• Be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

• Be conducted by a single arbitrator

 

You waive the right to file a lawsuit in court, except for matters that may be brought in small claims court where applicable.

 

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only.

You waive the right to:

• Participate in a class action lawsuit

• Join or consolidate claims with others

• Act as a representative in any group or collective claim

 

All claims must be brought individually.
