It is a daily choice, and you will NOT be let down by God when you trust in Him, His timing, and the ways He is going to respond to your needs, desires and His will for your life! That sweet sister is a fact you can take to the bank!
When God revealed His name to Moses at the burning bush, He said: “I AM that I AM… You must say this to the Israelites, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:14) ‘I AM ALWAYS WITH YOU!’
Jesus Christ shocked the religious leaders of Israel, when He made a statement that was unheard of since the beginning of time. Jesus Christ declared that He Himself is God, when He said:
“Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” (John 8:58)
“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” (Revelation 1:7-9).
He is your roadmap to have full confidence in God. These names of God reveal who God wants to be for you:
ELOHIM - God is creator, powerful and mighty, Lord of lords. He is the Lord Most High, stronger and mightier than anyone or anything. When you face impossible circumstances or adversaries, now that your God is stronger.

EL SHADDAI - Translated God Almighty or “God All Sufficient.” 48 times in the OT, 31 times in Job. The Septuagint uses Greek “ikanos” meaning “all-sufficient” or “self-sufficient.” Genesis 17:1-2 1 When Abram was 99 years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, “I AM the Sovereign God. Walk before Me and be blameless. 2 Then I will confirm My covenant between Me and you, and I will give you a multitude of descendants.”
YAHWEH or JEHOVAH - Translated LORD in our English Bibles (all capitals). Yahweh is the covenant name of God. “The Self-Existent One,” “I AM WHO I AM” or ‘I WILL BE WHO I WILL BE” as revealed to Moses at the burning bush, Ex.3. The name of God, too sacred to be uttered, abbreviated ( . . . . ) or written “YHWH” without vowel points. The love of God is conditioned upon His moral and spiritual attributes. He has always existed and will always exist. You can always rely on Him because He is your eternal source of strength.

ADONAI - God is the Lord over all. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords, He reigns forever. Therefor you find safety in Him and Him alone.

JEHOVAH Maccaddeshem - The Lord your sanctifier. He forgiveness your sins and His Holy Spirit works in your life to become like He is: pure, loving and true.

JEHOVAH Rohi - The Lord my shepherd. He cares for you, the way a shepherd tends his sheep. He cares for you and leads you to still waters and green pastures.

JEHOVAH Shammah - The Lord who is present. He never leaves you, nor forsakes you. He is with you forever. Your best friend, who never betrays you.
Read (Ezekiel 48:35, Genesis 28:15, Ezekiel 48:35, Psalm 23:4, 46:1, 139:7-12, Jeremiah 23:23-24, Amos 5:14)
JEHOVAH Rapha - The Lord our healer. “By His stripes we are healed” declares the Bible. Jesus Christ died to give you life. Not only was God the healer in the Old Testament, but Jesus Christ revealed the healing heart of God for all of us, more than ever.

JEHOVAH Tsidkenu - The Lord our righteousness. When we believe in Jesus Christ, He becomes our righteousness. He forgives our sins and washes us with His blood.

JEHOVAH Jireh - The Lord will provide. Jesus Christ said that Father cares for us and we never need to worry about provision. He is our source of life, in every way.

JEHOVAH Nissi - The Lord our banner. The Lord gives us the victory in spiritual warfare. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord raises a banner of His love over us and covers us. He wages war on our behalf and makes us more than conquerors in Christ Jesus.

JEHOVAH Shalom - The Lord is peace. Whenever there are storms in your life, hide in Him. He is your shelter in the storm. He gives peace beyond understanding, even when circumstances are chaotic. He is our shelter and our shield.

JEHOVAH Sabbath - The Lord of Hosts. The Bible mentions myriads of angels, who wage war against the armies of hell, who try to destroy mankind. Jesus Christ is the Lord of hosts, the Captain of the armies of heaven.
Read (Isaiah 6:1-3, 1 Samuel 1:3, 17:45; 2 Samuel 6:2, 7:26-27; 1 Chronicles 11:9; Haggai 1:5)
JEHOVAH Ghmolah - The God of Recompense. The Lord says in Romans 12 “vengeance is Mine; I will repay.” We should never avenge others for what they do to us but leave it in God’s hands.

El-Elyon - The Most High God. Do not fear the enemy who tries to intimidate you. Know that your God is the Most High God. There is none above Him. Jesus Christ is exalted high above every name.

In 2008 I taught through the names of God on my blog, and I believe He is calling me back to not only "knowing" them, but to stand on them with my very existence. He didn’t only exist thousands of years ago, when these names were first revealed. He is just as present today, to show you who He is. He loves you with all His heart.
