Dear Beautiful Sister,
I see you.

I see the woman who kept going when she should have collapsed. I see the woman who stayed longer than she should have because she believed in love, promises, and holding things together. I see the woman who carried invisible weight while smiling through the day.
You were never crazy.
You were never dramatic.
You were never too much.
You were a woman trying to survive something that would have broken many.
I’m sorry no one protected you when you needed it most.
I’m sorry you felt like you had to be strong alone.
I’m sorry you poured your heart into places that only knew how to take.
But I’m proud of you.
Proud that you stayed soft in a world that tried to harden you.
Proud that you still believe in healing.
Proud that you didn’t become bitter.
Proud that you chose peace even when you were misunderstood.
You were not a bad woman.
You were tired.
You were carrying too much.
You were trying your best while breaking quietly.
And that matters.
You don’t have to keep explaining yourself.
You don’t have to keep proving your truth.
You don’t have to beg to be understood.
You survived.
You left.
You grew.
You healed.
And that is powerful.
The woman you are now deserves gentleness.
She deserves safety.
She deserves rest.
She deserves joy without guilt.
You don’t owe the world your pain anymore.
You don’t owe anyone your silence.
You don’t owe suffering as proof of your worth.
You can be peaceful now.
You can be soft now.
You can be held now.
I am proud of you for choosing yourself.
I am proud of you for staying.
I am proud of you for surviving — and for beginning again.
You are not alone.
You are not invisible.
You matter.
And you always have.
With love,
A Woman Who Sees You
